AI as a New Leadership Muscle: Using Generative AI Like a Future-Ready Bank Leader

Webinar took place on:
March 12, 2026

AI is quickly becoming part of the core toolkit for leaders in financial services—not just a technology topic. This 45-minute Masterclass is designed for those who want a clear, practical way to use AI to build real capability into their daily work. This webinar will focus on where generative AI fits naturally into a risk-conscious bank: strengthening strategic communication, speeding up analysis, and supporting—not replacing—executive judgment. Attendees will see concrete, banking-specific examples and learn a small set of repeatable prompt patterns they can start using immediately to keep pace with the changing demands of leadership.

Key Takeaways

By the end of the session, participants will:

  • Understand four core prompt patterns that underpin effective AI use in leadership roles:

    • persona
    • flipped interaction
    • structured output
    • critique/devil’s advocate
  • See real banking use cases—from board/ExCo memos to strategic choices—where these patterns create leverage without adding risk.
  • Leave with a simple 30-day practice to start treating AI as a leadership muscle they can train, rather than a novelty or one-off experiment.
