Christy Daboval

Chief Credit Officer – BOK Financial

Christy Daboval serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of BOK Financial Corp, headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma. In this role, she oversees all aspects of credit administration, including credit approval, policy administration, loan portfolio reporting, loan review, appraisal and environmental review, and loan workouts.

Daboval began her career with BOK Financial in 1987 as a member of the Loan Review team and later advanced to manager of the loan review function. In 2004, she was named Credit Concurrence Officer for the Oklahoma and Arkansas markets. From 2009 to 2025, she served as Director of Credit Risk for the company’s Energy line of business. She was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer in January 2025.

A native of Oklahoma, Daboval earned her bachelor’s degree in finance from Oklahoma State University.
