Martha Raber joined Regions in 2013 and is EVP and Head of Financial Risk activities with responsibility for enterprise-wide financial risk oversight for Regions’ Consumer, Wealth, and Wholesale lines of business. Ms. Raber oversees credit portfolio management, credit policy and governance, allowance management, portfolio stress testing, credit MIS and risk analytics, capital, liquidity as well as market risk management.

Prior to joining Regions, Ms. Raber spent 26 years with KeyCorp where she worked in a variety of Risk Portfolio Management and Credit Adjudication roles as well as Line positions.

Ms. Raber earned an MBA in Finance from Kent State University and a B.A. degree in International Studies/Economics from the University of North Carolina.
