Gordon Osberg
Chief Credit Officer – UniBank

Gordon L. Osberg, EVP & Chief Credit Officer, brings more than 35 years of banking and lending experience to UniBank.  Prior to joining UniBank, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer at Washington Business Bank, where he focused on strengthening credit quality, enhancing risk management practices and supporting disciplined portfolio growth.

Throughout his career, Gordon has held senior roles in commercial, construction, and consumer banking.  He is known for building strong credit cultures grounded in sound underwriting, clear governance, and long-term client relationships.

Gordon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the University of Washington, and is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School.
